About the Speaker:
Jennifer Holman is a Nurse Practitioner and the Founder of Real Beauty Rx, an award-winning regenerative aesthetics clinic in Innisfil, Ontario. With over 15 years of experience in medicine and education, she is a respected leader in the field of aesthetic medicine. Jennifer is an industry educator, complications specialist, and Galderma Peer to Peer Mentor. She is internationally trained in ultrasound-guided facial mapping, advanced injectables, and complication management. She has completed cadaver-based training with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and regularly speaks at national and international conferences. As a Medical Director since 2019, Jennifer has championed safety and standardization in the industry, developing the Authorized Prescriber Course for THMA Consulting. She also serves as Chair of Authorized Prescriber for Aesthetic Nurses Society (APANS), advocating for best practices and supporting nurse-led innovation in aesthetic medicine across Canada.
