About the Speaker:
Alexandria Crowe-Naumik, MN, NP, MBA, is a Nurse Practitioner with almost two decades of experience in clinical practice, education, and integrative health. Alexandria is the founder of a functional medicine practice focused on identifying and addressing the root causes of chronic disease through a personalized, systems-based approach. She is a trained Functional Medicine Practitioner with advanced training in nutritional genomics and integrative therapies. She currently works in women’s health, teaches at McMaster University, and serves as adjunct faculty at the University of Toronto. She is also actively engaged in health innovation, contributing to the development of clinical decision-support tools and evidence-based protocols. Her work focuses on integrating functional medicine principles into conventional practice to support more precise, individualized patient care.
