At NP Circle, we’re here for you.
We offer education that supports not just your clinical practice—but you as a whole person. That’s why we’re hosting a webinar on a topic that so many NPs have quietly carried: burnout.
Burnout is one of the most common—yet least addressed—challenges in our profession. We saw this loud and clear in our recent NP Circle survey, and we’re not ignoring it. We’re taking action. This session is one meaningful step forward. It goes beyond surface-level self-care—like bubble baths or going for a walk—and gets to the deeper roots of burnout, so we can begin to name it, understand it, and start healing from it—together.
Join us on May 29 at 8:00 PM ET for a FREE, exclusive NP Circle webinar, Nurse Practitioner Burnout: The Root of the Problem and the Path to the Solution, presented by Ann Becks, a former NP in Ontario and a valued NP Circle member.
Objectives:
• Identify key contributors to burnout.
• Recognize the root causes of burnout.
• Apply practical and actionable strategies to address burnout.
About the Speaker:
Ann is a keynote speaker, coach and creator of Lotus Leadership the Finding Freedom Framework. After 35 years in healthcare as a Nurse Practitioner, she now helps other people who are feeling unfulfilled, burned out and disconnected from their purpose to reconnect with their most authentic self. Once rejuvenated, they can do the work they’re called to do with deep satisfaction and joy. She lovingly challenges the stories clients bring about what gets in the way of living fully with ease and joy. Curiosity and a dedication to accessing the truth, bring people in contact with their heart so that life becomes a beautiful experience. Ann inspires her clients to reconnect with their true selves and courageously explore the roots of burnout in their own lives so that they experience life, career and business through a fresh new lens of joy and calm confidence. Ann is Canadian and currently lives on Georgian Bay in Ontario with her spouse and 2 orange rescue cats, Simba and Nala. She loves her morning coffee, traveling, having deep conversations, staying fit, and is a self described foodie.
